Customization
The default firmware includes support for VIAL to fully customize the keyboard mapping and configuration. This can be done using either their downloadable application or their web-based tool.
Flashing
The keyboard can be flashed by downloading the QMK Toolbox application. To put it into flash mode, there are the following methods:
- Remove the keyboard plate and hold the "BOOT" button while plugging in the keyboard.
- Hold the Fn and Tab key for to trigger "Boot Flash" key while plugging in the keyboard.
The latest precompiled firmware for the SUS75 are as of June 4th, 2026 and use QMK v0.33.2.

The keyboards configuration is pending merging into the upstream QMK source. Once that is done, it will be possible to compile the latest QMK source for the keyboard independently.
