Support - How to customize with Via
To streamline the configuration of the keyboards, you can access a pre-configured instance of Via at config.notsuspicious.com. This instance is loaded with our latest keyboard configurations and is the easiest way to customize them.
Using Mainline Via
Using the main Via website or downloadable app requires the keyboard configuration to be merged in their main repository. We're currently working on adding our keyboards to the mainstream QMK and Via repositories, but until that happens, if you wish to use the mainline applications, you will need to download and manually provide them your keyboard's configurationfile.
Downloading Via Configuration
Below is a link to the JSON configuration files for each of our keyboard layouts. Pick the one for your keyboard.
How to Use Via
To access Via in your browser, simply go to usevia.app. To download Via as a desktop application, you can down it from their Github Releases page.
Providing the Configuration
Once into Via, click on the gear icon in the middle section of the top menu to go to the Settings page. Enable the "Show Design tab" option.
This will add a new paint brush icon on the top menu next to the settings tab. Go to it and click Confirm to the pop up that the mode is for development purposes. This is necessary until our configuration files reach their main repository. Click either the upload icon box or the Load button next to Load Draft Definition. Select the JSON file for your keyboard that you downloaded earlier.
After that, you can navigate back to the main Configure tab and customize your layout as you wish.
