Shipping policy

We ship internationally from our location in the United States. The following policies are applied:

  • Import duties and taxes are collected at the time of order to help streamline the fulfillment process.
  • If a shipment is returned to us, your purchase will be refunded minus shipping and import duties.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
  • Ensure you provide all necessary shipping information with your order. If an address does not validate, we will reach out. If we do not get a response within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Services Used

For domestic orders within the United States:

  • All keyboard related orders are shipped with UPS
  • Heatsinks can be shipped with either USPS or UPS

International

  • All keyboard related orders are shipped with DHL
  • Heatsinks can be shipped with either USPS/GlobalPost or DHL
