What's Suspicious?
Context
Not Suspicious is a totally and completely legitimate endeavor, honestly. The name was meant as an oxymoron, and in the early 2010s found that the domain was available, so nabbed it up and sat on it for over 10 years. It was too good to give up. A use for it would arise some day...
Purpose
Not Suspicious took form in 2025. It started out with building "community edition" heatsinks for the Raspberry PI Compute Module 5s that worked with the Compute Blade Kickstarter project.
Over some time, it then started branching out, but with an overall goal of operating more like the Instagram EDC space (Every Day Carry).
Who
Ken Robertson, an artisanal software developer who worked in the days where all code was hand crafted, steers the helm at Not Suspicious. After a life crafting code, I looked for other opportunities and ventured into the world of CNC machining. After a couple short years, I build a small but capable set of machines and skills in my home shop.
As a long time developer, the keyboard was the core instrument to my craft. For years, I had old school IBM ThinkPads back when their keyboards were renowned. I touted my prized CODE v2 keyboard from WASD / Jeff Atwood for many years. I even survived the MacBook Pro "flexgate" era.
